Sparkles (:

So i figured out the other day that OPI has a new line! And the stuff i beautiful! So i used the "Sparkle-icious" <333

    I wouldn't have thought of layering Sparkle-icious over white! It really does look beautiful, and the white background really makes the glitter pop!
